High-speed oscilloscope measurement

Since 1981, IN-SNEC has developed, in collaboration with the CEA, a range of high-speed single-shot oscilloscopes with a passband of 7 GHz (ODIN, IN7000) which are unique in the world.
Since 1995, this range has been further extended by the IN7100 and synchronization systems.

Mega Joule Laser

IN-SNEC has won the consultation contract issued by the CEA for producing the synchronization system for the prototype of the Mega Joule Laser.
This laser is used in the simulation of nuclear experiments and will be built near Bordeaux (France). Using the energy from laser beams, its role will be to create fusion reactions by inertial confinement on a target installed in an experimental chamber. The synchronization system will be designed to distribute triggering instants throughout the 500 items of the laser system in order to synchronize the arrival of laser pulses on the target in a time window of 60 ps.
